292: Bring Back Normality!

I have recently been berating the fact that my life has become too normal - bland and boring.

Well, of course, fate has intervened.

Regular readers (and if you are not, why not?) will know that I have had a bad eye for quite some time - a couple of years.  It has had daily doses of ointment, regular bouts of eye drops and wiping with special pads.  

Yet it stubbornly refuses to get better.

So, yesterday (Friday) I was taken, once more, to see the ver..  The examination of my eyes and ears (discharging very smelly substances) was both painful and embarrassing.  The net result.- more pills and potions.

Everyday is a trial now - for Jacky who has to find, ambush and then medicate an unwilling dog.  

Jacky hates it.  I quite like the game. - but its not 'normal', is it?
