282: What Does He Think He’s Up To?

I'm not talking about a dog.  I'm talking about a human bean - known to you as TOWTSH or John.

He's a strange beast - but he is my beast.  Overall, I quite like him.  He does try his best to give me a good life, so I can't complain.

However, occasionally he does behave in strange ways - and make decisions which, to me at least, seem counter-productive.

He has all but fully retired - though I do see him sneaking into the loft (where he has a combined office/music studio) to do some work.

That's not what has got me writing though.

He has suddenly become a songwriter!!

His main skill is probably writing - he has written several books, lots of academic papers  and he produces several weekly bogs.  Now he's started writing songs.

He went on a songwriting course a couple of years ago - and this is the result.

I'ver heard some of them but I can't really judge if they are any good because dogs have quite different musical tastes to humans.

If you want to hear any go them, all his recent ones are now on a website called songsmithsongs.com.   He has also started a blog on this site offering gadvice, tips and tricks relating to songwriting - so you could follow his lead sand start writing your own songs

Better judge flrst whether he has any right to offer advice to others - or whether it is a case of 'the blind leading the blind.'
